We would like to have your feedback!

Please visit and complete this survey to give us your thoughts on what you would like to see in park improvements in our area over the next five years.

In July, the Putnam County Council created the Putnam County Park Board to enhance quality of life for residents, attract visitors to the county and create economic development opportunity in all our communities through enhanced outdoor recreation programs/events/facilities. The Park Board wants your insights as it creates a five-year parks master plan.

Your preferences will shape the five-year Putnam County Parks Master Plan. All survey results will be anonymous, and all information gathered is completely confidential. No survey information will be used for anything other than park planning. Survey respondents must be 18 years or older. This survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.

For questions related to the Master Plan process, contact Eric Freeman by cell at (317) 607-5243 or email at eric@pipecreek.net. Printed surveys can be picked up at the Putnam County Visitors Center, 12 W Washington St., Greencastle, IN 46135. A copy will be mailed to you if you call or text Eric Freeman at (317) 607-5243.
